## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Work on-site in the Belgrade office (relocation support available).
- Design, develop, train and fine-tune ML and deep learning models for gaming and CRM use cases.
- Build, test and maintain reliable, scalable data pipelines and feature stores (SQL, Spark, Airflow or equivalents).
- Collaborate with the Head of AI and product/engineering teams to turn prototypes into production systems.
- Implement MLOps best practices: CI/CD for models, containerisation, deployment, monitoring and model lifecycle management.
- Document experiments and present technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 3+ years in machine learning, applied AI, or data engineering with strong Python skills.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and deploying models to production.
- Practical experience with data engineering tools (SQL, Spark, Airflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven ability to design and operate CI/CD pipelines and production ML workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and good English communication.
- Nice-to-have: experience with Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow or W&B, transformers/LLMs (Hugging Face), and iGaming domain exposure.
