Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled solutions across insurance functions (pricing, reserving, capital, finance, risk analytics).
- Shape solution architectures for Generative AI, agentic systems, and decision automation, covering data, models, orchestration, controls and integration.
- Work hands‑on with engineers, data scientists and actuaries to translate solution designs into buildable, testable and scalable implementations.
- Oversee model lifecycle activities: development, testing, validation, monitoring and governance for regulated environments.
- Assess emerging tools and trade‑offs between innovation, risk, cost and time‑to‑value; ensure explainability and regulatory fit.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders, lead technical workstreams, and coach junior staff.

Requirements:
- Strong practical experience delivering technology‑enabled transformation in insurance or financial services with hands‑on solution design and delivery.
- Familiarity with Generative AI/LLMs, agentic architectures or decision automation and advanced analytics in regulated contexts.
- Knowledge of data pipelines, feature engineering, model lifecycle management and enterprise integration patterns.
- Ability to make architectural and design decisions under uncertainty and balance commercial, technical and regulatory constraints.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills; experience working with actuaries and finance teams is desirable.
