Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end manual testing of core platform features, APIs and integrations in the Lisbon on-site team.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases and checklists to cover functional and integration scenarios.
- Execute API and backend tests using Postman/Swagger and validate results against databases with SQL queries.
- Investigate and localize issues using logs, network traces and devtools; manage defects through their lifecycle in JIRA.
- Support release activities and collaborate with Development, DevOps and Product to evolve the platform test strategy.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of software testing experience with strong focus on backend and API testing (REST/JSON).
- Solid SQL skills (complex queries, joins) and hands-on experience with Postman, Swagger or equivalent tools.
- Experience producing and maintaining test documentation (Test Plans, Test Cases) and using JIRA/Confluence.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail and ability to read logs and analyze network traffic.
- Upper-intermediate English (verbal and written) and strong communication skills.
- Nice-to-have: test automation (TypeScript), mobile testing experience, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Allure TestOps.
