## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor marketing performance and KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover growth opportunities, cost efficiencies and campaign ROI.
- Build segmentation strategies, user demographics and behavioural insights to improve targeting.
- Plan and analyse A/B tests and translate results into actionable optimisation recommendations.
- Develop predictive models (eg. churn, CLV) using product usage and marketing data.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver data-driven campaign guidance and ensure data quality.

Requirements:
- BS/MSc in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Data Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience analysing and optimising email remarketing campaigns and other performance channels.
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills; proficiency in Python for analysis and in BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads and other media-buying platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to data accuracy and clear English communication skills.
- Eligibility or legal authorization to work in the country of the role.
