## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the core architecture of the Flutter mobile app to ensure scalability and maintainability.
- Develop and maintain shared components, libraries, and developer tools to speed up delivery.
- Integrate advanced AI features in collaboration with the AI team, embedding models and agents where appropriate.
- Design and operate mobile DevOps workflows: CI/CD, release pipelines, and app store deployments.
- Lead performance optimization and profiling to ensure smooth user experiences.
- Establish testing standards (unit, integration, UI) and enforce quality across the codebase.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices across teams.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to align on features and delivery.

Requirements:
- Several years of production experience designing and scaling mobile applications, with architectural ownership.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, including building reusable packages and plugins.
- Practical experience with mobile DevOps: CI/CD systems, release orchestration and app store submission processes.
- Experience integrating on-device or edge AI features or working closely with AI teams.
- Strong testing discipline and familiarity with unit, integration, and UI testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to mentor others and work cross-functionally.

## Responsibilities

You will own the architectural integrity of the Flutter mobile application and integrate advanced AI models into the platform. Additionally, you will mentor emerging engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable product delivery.
