Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver new clean-slate products with end-to-end architectural ownership.
- Extend or replace core components of existing systems and ship robust releases.
- Rapidly prototype concepts to validate feasibility and iterate to production quality.
- Work hands-on across the stack (front-end, embedded, Android, Linux) and across lifecycle stages.
- Mentor junior engineers, promote idiomatic code, and help improve engineering processes (CI, testing, code review).

Requirements:
- Strong software engineering background with experience in Python plus one or more of C/C++, Kotlin, JavaScript, Rust.
- Comfortable across embedded and higher-level platforms; experience with Android, Linux or bare-metal environments.
- Familiarity with RF communications, FPGA or software-defined radio is highly desirable.
- Commitment to engineering rigour: static analysis, automated tests, code review and continuous integration.
- Experience leading small teams or technical projects; active security clearance preferred (or willingness to sponsor).
