Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain internal developer tooling and platform services to improve developer experience and productivity.
- Implement and operate CI/CD pipelines, pipeline templates and automation that support fast, reliable delivery.
- Develop workflow orchestration and job scheduling for AI/ML and HPC workloads; integrate containerised workloads on Kubernetes.
- Integrate AI workflows and tooling (LLM orchestration, RAG primitives, prompt evaluation hooks) into platform pipelines where appropriate.
- Implement observability, logging and debugging capabilities to monitor system health and diagnose failures in workflows.
- Work cross-functionally with AI Labs, data and application teams to define interfaces, standards and robust deployment patterns.
- Participate in architecture reviews, capacity planning, performance tuning and operational runbooks.

Requirements:
- Several years of experience in platform or software engineering with demonstrable work on developer tooling or distributed systems.
- Strong practical experience with Kubernetes, containers and cloud-native CI/CD systems.
- Experience building workflow orchestration, automation and pipeline tooling (e.g., Argo, Airflow, Tekton or similar).
- Familiarity with integrating AI/ML workflows and LLM-based systems into production platforms (deployment, inference, monitoring).
- Good knowledge of observability tools, debugging practices and performance optimisation.
- Strong scripting/programming skills and ability to design scalable, maintainable systems; good communication and team collaboration skills.
