Responsibilities:
- Build and operate a multi-cluster, multi-cloud Kubernetes platform (OKD/OpenShift on AWS, Azure, EU Cloud).
- Design and automate GitOps deployment pipelines using ArgoCD and Kargo.
- Extend platform capabilities with Crossplane compositions and custom APIs for self-service.
- Implement progressive delivery, service mesh (Istio) and policy enforcement (Kyverno).
- Use AI-assisted tooling to accelerate engineering workflows and automation.
- Provide platform expertise, troubleshooting and SRE support to delivery teams; maintain observability and security.

Requirements:
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes and experience with OKD/OpenShift or similar self-operated distributions.
- Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD/Flux) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Crossplane, Terraform or similar).
- Familiarity with service mesh (Istio), policy tools (Kyverno) and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Practical experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure) and multi-cloud operations.
- Strong coding skills in at least one language (Python preferred; Go or Java acceptable).
- Security-focused mindset (identity, encryption, policy enforcement) and willingness to explore AI tooling.
- Good collaboration skills and experience supporting developers and platform consumers.
