## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own growth strategy and roadmap for acquisition and activation across app and web.
- Define, run, and analyze experiments (A/B tests, cohort analyses) to improve onboarding and first transactions.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, data, and marketing to deliver product-led growth initiatives.
- Align paid and organic marketing (SEO/SEM) with in-product experiences to maximize activation and retention.
- Identify and remove friction in signup, listing and buying flows; track key metrics (activation, conversion, CAC).
- Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders and lead cross-functional execution.

Requirements:
- Proven product management experience focused on growth, activation or conversion optimization.
- Strong experimental mindset with experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and funnel analyses.
- Deep analytical skills and comfort with growth metrics and lifecycle frameworks.
- Experience collaborating across engineering, data, design and marketing teams; strong stakeholder management.
- Marketing fluency: understanding how paid/organic channels interact with product experiences.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker) preferred.
