## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap and KPIs for HomeToGo’s mobile apps.
- Lead discovery, prioritization and delivery of features that increase retention, conversion and lifetime value.
- Prototype and validate AI-driven experiences (conversational search, planning, personalization) before full implementation.
- Coordinate cross-functional work with engineering, design, data and marketing to ship measurable outcomes.
- Run experiments, analyse results and iterate quickly; make data-driven trade-offs across UX and unit economics.
- Define lifecycle, push and re-engagement strategies that bring guests back without harming retention.

Requirements:
- Several years of hands-on B2C product ownership experience for high-traffic mobile apps, ideally in marketplaces or travel.
- Strong appetite for rapid AI prototyping, experimentation and product analytics.
- Deep understanding of mobile UX, conversion funnels, retention mechanics and unit economics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously with a small, cross-functional team and owning results.
