## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own the "first mile" of the traveler journey: arrival, orientation, exploration, comparison, and decision.
- Define and build discovery as a decision system that clarifies relevance, value-for-money, and quality.
- Design context-aware discovery and ranking that adapts to channel, intent, timing, and constraints.
- Ensure end-to-end consistency and trust across Web and App, especially around pricing and value signals.
- Translate company strategy into product principles, measurable metrics, and roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Retention; run experiments and measure business impact.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of large, ambiguous problem spaces in Search/Discovery/Conversion for high-volume B2C marketplaces.
- Demonstrated ability to convert supply/demand signals into a clear product thesis with measurable results.
- Deep working knowledge of search and ranking systems and comfort debating technical tradeoffs with engineering and data teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to lead through influence in fast-moving environments.
- Experience balancing experimentation and decisive product judgment to improve user confidence and long-term marketplace health.
