## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Produce actionable insights to inform product and business decisions using quantitative analysis.
- Design, run and analyse A/B tests end-to-end (hypothesis, implementation, metrics, and reporting).
- Define and implement product and business metrics; build dashboards and automated reports.
- Monitor key metrics, detect anomalies and surface trends that require product or business action.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover growth opportunities and diagnose user funnel issues.
- Write clean SQL and Python for ETL, analysis and automation; collaborate on event tracking improvements.
- Work closely with CPO, PMs, designers and data scientists to drive data-informed product changes.

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in analytics or product analytics with strong quantitative skills.
- Excellent SQL and practical Python skills for data extraction, transformation and analysis.
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodology and statistics; experience interpreting test results.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI or Amplitude) and building clear visualisations.
- Strong product thinking: define metrics tied to business logic and communicate insights clearly.
- Bonus: experience analysing paid/affiliate traffic, attribution, and familiarity with Airflow, dbt or GitLab.
