## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own product metrics for your assigned team (Acquisition, AML, Antifraud, Credit Card, CRM, Customer Care, Web/Mobile, Portfolio, etc.).
- Analyze product and user data to find insights, propose experiments, and track impact.
- Design and maintain metrics/ dashboards that measure user experience and product health.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and clear communication for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineers, PMs and ops to implement experiments and monitor results.
- Take ownership of tasks, iterate quickly, and learn from outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; strong quantitative background (mathematics, economics, statistics or equivalent).
- Comfortable with data analysis, problem solving, and turning insights into product decisions.
- Good communication skills: able to present findings and work cross-functionally.
- Curious, proactive, and willing to own mistakes and learn fast.
- Interest in financial products and willingness to work in a high-tech startup environment.
- Openness to relocation support and flexible work arrangements as provided by the company.
