Responsibilities:
- Design, run and analyze A/B tests for CRM campaigns; set hypotheses, define metrics and provide actionable recommendations.

- Strong visualization and reporting skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Upper-intermediate English, strong written and verbal communication, and a proactive, adaptable mindset.
