## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the embedded data partner to a product squad; own deeper and cross-cutting analyses that PMs can’t complete in-sprint.
- Run cohort, segmentation and behavioral analyses focused on activation and adoption (time-to-value, funnels, retention drivers).
- Design, implement and analyze experiments (A/B tests); collaborate on hypothesis design and instrumentation.
- Produce clear dashboards, analyses and recommendations that influence product decisions and the roadmap.
- Maintain and improve event taxonomy, instrumentation and data quality in analytics systems.
- Provide constructive challenge and outside perspective; surface unexpected opportunities and risks.
- Communicate findings to PMs and stakeholders; support prioritisation and measurement of outcomes.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of product analytics experience in B2B SaaS or PLG environments.
- Expert SQL skills and experience with modern analytics stacks (BigQuery, dbt, Metabase or equivalents).
- Strong applied statistics and experimentation skills; ability to design and analyze A/B tests and causal analyses.
- Comfortable with Python for ad-hoc analysis and data manipulation.
- Proven experience building dashboards and translating analyses into product recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills; able to work closely with technical PMs.
- Strong curiosity, critical thinking, and the ability to surface insights that change product direction.

## Responsibilities

Act as a dedicated data partner to product managers to drive activation and adoption through deep behavioral analysis. Influence the product roadmap by translating complex data into actionable recommendations and ensuring rigorous experimentation.

## Requirements

Requires 5+ years of senior product analytics experience in B2B SaaS/PLG environments with expert SQL skills. Must possess strong applied statistics knowledge and the ability to design and analyze A/B tests and event taxonomies.
