## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and roadmap for administration, governance and enterprise adoption of a shared development platform.
- Design self-service onboarding and project creation flows for developers and AI agents to reduce manual approvals.
- Define company-wide administration views for visibility into projects, usage, costs and ownership.
- Specify identity, permissions, delegated access, auditing and spending controls in partnership with IT, security and finance.
- Define the lifecycle from experimentation to production, including evolving governance and access controls as projects scale.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales and Customer Success to turn early implementations into repeatable, scalable product experiences.
- Establish success metrics (time-to-first-project, self-service adoption, production usage, expansion) and run data-driven experiments.

Requirements:
- 7+ years Product Management experience in developer tools, infrastructure or internal developer platforms.
- Proven track record building self-service developer experiences and enterprise administration features.
- Strong understanding of identity, permissions, ownership models, auditing and governance for enterprise environments.
- Data-driven mindset: define metrics, run experiments and use results to guide roadmap decisions.
- Excellent written communication and ability to work asynchronously in a fully remote team; experience with AI tools for developer productivity is a plus.
