## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Define and own the strategic roadmap for an internal AI-as-a-Platform: services, APIs, and integrations for product and domain teams.
- Identify high-impact AI opportunities across client experience (personalisation, predictive features) and operations (fraud detection, efficiency).
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery: align Data Science, AI Engineering, Backend and product teams to implement use cases end-to-end.
- Ensure platform compliance, data governance and ethical AI practices in collaboration with legal and risk stakeholders.
- Prioritise and validate features, build success metrics, and support adoption across internal teams.
- Define product requirements, user stories and go-to-consumption patterns for internal teams.

Requirements:
- Proven product management experience for backend or AI-enabled products, with ownership of roadmaps and delivery.
- Solid understanding of modern AI/LLM concepts, agent architectures, prompt design and API-driven integration patterns.
- Experience working with data governance, compliance and regulatory stakeholders in a highly regulated environment.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to define KPIs and measure platform value and adoption.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge engineers, data scientists and domain owners.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and experience prioritising complex technical backlogs.
