## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and technical architecture for a greenfield Anti Financial Crime (AFC) platform.
- Lead functional definition and delivery with a dedicated engineering team (primarily data engineers).
- Translate AML/AFC regulatory requirements into technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and milestones.
- Identify platform attack vectors, design mitigation strategies, and automate compliance and monitoring workflows.
- Align stakeholders across operations, legal, engineering, and product; measure platform effectiveness and regulatory readiness.

Requirements:
- Proven product management experience, ideally in fintech, regulatory technology, or anti-financial-crime domains.
- Strong understanding of AML/AFC processes, data engineering, and compliance requirements under regulated environments.
- Experience defining technical roadmaps, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering greenfield platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritise trade-offs between speed, security, and regulatory risk mitigation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; experience with machine learning-based detection is a plus.

## Responsibilities

You will lead the functional definition and technical implementation of a new end-to-end Anti Financial Crime platform. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all product launches are resilient against financial crime attack vectors.
