Product Manager - Applied AI at Callosum

Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical bridge between enterprise customers and Callosum's research and engineering teams.
- Scope customer workflows, constraints and success criteria into clear, buildable requirements and benchmarks.
- Define deployment specifications and acceptance methodology for agentic and heterogeneous AI systems.
- Coordinate validation and benchmarking with FDEs and research teams; translate results into actionable product decisions.
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for senior stakeholders, managing expectations and delivering deployment plans.
- Support go-to-production activities: rollout planning, risk assessment, and cross-team integration.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in consulting or operating roles with hands-on exposure to technical product delivery in AI or software engineering.
- Strong technical foundation (CS/STEM) with comfort reading code, following architecture discussions and scoping system-level work.
- Experience engaging senior enterprise stakeholders and translating technical work into business outcomes.
- Ability to work with ambiguous problems, prioritise research/engineering efforts, and define measurable benchmarks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
