## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision, roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle; act as the Product CEO for your title.
- Define core game design (rules, setting, gameplay, story) and prioritize feature development.
- Lead and coordinate the production team to deliver features on schedule and to quality standards.
- Monitor KPIs and player feedback; plan and implement updates to improve retention and revenue.
- Collaborate closely with analytics, marketing and monetization teams to diagnose issues and drive growth.
- Generate feature hypotheses, run experiments using Big Data and analytics, and iterate based on results.

Requirements:
- 3+ years as a Product Manager or Producer, ideally in casual game development.
- Proven record of launching, improving and scaling casual games with measurable impact on retention/revenue.
- Strong data literacy: use analytics to make prioritization and product decisions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (production, analytics, marketing, monetization).
- Familiarity with in-app monetization, pricing, segmentation and offer optimization is a plus.
- English proficiency for documentation and basic communication; Russian language required.
- Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable with high autonomy and ownership.
