Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap for Production Insights: prioritise, define outcomes, and drive delivery from discovery to launch.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with hardware, firmware, cloud, UX and operations to align work and unblock delivery.
- Run continuous discovery: customer interviews, shop-floor observation, prototyping and hypothesis-driven experiments.
- Translate complex production data into actionable user stories, metrics and visualisations for different user groups.
- Define and track KPIs, run experiments (A/B or equivalent), gather feedback and iterate to improve value delivery.
Requirements:
- Direct experience with manufacturing or shop-floor operations (hands-on or close domain exposure) is essential.
- Strong product management experience: roadmap ownership, prioritisation, stakeholder management and end-to-end delivery.
- Comfortable working with hardware/firmware teams and cloud/AI teams; ability to bridge technical and operational stakeholders.
- Data-driven: able to analyse production data, define success metrics and validate impact through experiments.
- Eligible for a Danish work permit and willing to relocate to Copenhagen; relocation support provided for the right candidate.
