## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of DSP-facing ad exchange capabilities (roadmap, delivery, scaling).
- Translate OpenRTB specs, auction mechanics and mobile ad formats into clear product requirements and PRDs.
- Collaborate with engineering to shape APIs, system architecture and low-latency infrastructure decisions.
- Work with Demand Partnerships and external partners on DSP onboarding, compliance and integrations.
- Define and own performance metrics (fill rate, bid rate, CPM, eCPM, win/timeout rates) and run experiments to improve them.
- Drive traffic shaping, routing and SPO strategies to optimise revenue and infrastructure costs.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery in an Agile environment and manage multi-stakeholder dependencies.

Requirements:
- 3–4 years product management experience with direct exposure to programmatic AdTech (DSP/SSP/ad exchange).
- Strong technical fluency: API design, JSON payloads, system architecture and latency trade-offs.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to define metrics, troubleshoot issues and measure feature impact.
- Experience working alongside engineering teams running microservices (Kubernetes, Kafka) and high-throughput systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to act as translation layer between partners, product and engineering.
- Proven ability to own features end-to-end, run experiments and ship iterative improvements in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Hamburg supported by the company (global applicants welcome).
