## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Define and own the single product vision and long-term roadmap for the Communications Platform (In-App, Vendor Channels, Notification Center, Event Operations).
- Act as product owner for In-App Communications (Push, Pop-ups, Banners): prioritise backlog, track KPIs, and drive releases.
- Lead and grow a cross-functional team (2 Product Managers, 1 Project Manager): set goals, mentor, and build scalable processes.
- Partner with consumer product teams (Acquisition, Collection, etc.) to gather requirements and align platform priorities.
- Improve platform economics and delivery: optimise channel mix, cost of notifications, and send rules across channels (SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Push, etc.).
- Drive platform performance: reliability, delivery speed, and the velocity for creating new notification events.
- Manage relationships with external providers and support integration of new channels.

Requirements:
- 1–2+ years in a Product Lead or equivalent senior product role, with people-management experience.
- Proven experience building platform products (infrastructure, scalability, stability) rather than purely consumer-facing features.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with engineering with sufficient technical fluency to discuss trade-offs and delivery constraints.
- Experience with notification channels, vendor integrations, and cost/performance trade-offs is a plus.

## Responsibilities

You will define the product vision and roadmap for the internal Communications Platform while directly managing the In-App Communications area. You will also lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with engineering to optimize platform performance and delivery economics.

## Requirements

Candidates must have at least 1-2 years of experience in a Product Lead role with a strong background in platform products and people management. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams are essential.
