Responsibilities:
- Own delivery of the Lending product strategy across Foundations, Experimentation and Innovation pillars.
- Translate problem statements (e.g., funnel conversion, credit data platforms) into epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Run iterative launches: define milestones, design and execute A/B tests, and lead customer discovery to validate hypotheses.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Credit Risk, Finance, Engineering and Compliance to ensure high-quality, auditable rollouts and Lending Bank readiness.
- Support high-priority, unresourced topics such as credit underwriting model initiatives and Open Banking integrations.
- Improve operational maturity by enhancing reporting, documentation and audit readiness.

Requirements:
- 3+ years in Product Management, preferably in fintech or regulated banking.
- Strong product craft: able to convert high-level goals into roadmaps, technical specs, stories and epics.
- Data-driven mindset; experience using analytics and SQL to identify funnel friction and validate outcomes.
- Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
- Adaptable, hypothesis-driven approach focused on customer value and business outcomes.
