## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the multi-platform product roadmap for web, mobile, and internal dashboards; prioritize by ROI, OKRs and funnel metrics.
- Author clear, structured Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and functional specs for UI features, payment flows and edge cases.
- Map and optimise end-to-end user journeys (pay-in/payout, onboarding, transaction history, merchant dashboards) to reduce friction and drop-off.
- Coordinate with Integration PMs, backend engineers and solution architects to define data schema and API integration points.
- Define frontend performance targets (Core Web Vitals, load/latency) and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sign-offs.

Requirements:
- 4+ years product management experience building client-facing web/mobile products through the full SDLC.
- Proven skill writing unambiguous BRDs/PRDs and acceptance criteria for complex frontend interfaces.
- Strong understanding of fintech/payment flows, security/compliance considerations (e.g., 3DS, PCI-DSS) and card/alternative payments.
- Comfortable with Figma prototypes and familiar with modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) and collaborating with engineering and QA.
