Product Manager (Moderation & Admin Panel) at Mayflower

Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap for the Admin Panel and moderation tooling, prioritizing efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
- Design moderator-facing workflows and UX focused on speed, clarity, and reduced error rates.
- Collaborate with ML, computer vision, and engineering teams to build automation and AI-assisted detection tools.
- Work with Moderation, Customer Support, Legal, and Compliance to align tools with GDPR, DSA, DMCA, and age verification requirements.
- Use metrics and A/B data to measure moderation accuracy, throughput, and risk reduction; iterate on tooling.
- Partner with Design, Product, and Business Analysis to deliver scalable features that lower manual effort and exposure.
- Represent moderator needs and drive stakeholder alignment across Trust & Safety initiatives.

Requirements:
- 5+ years product management experience, ideally in content moderation, trust & safety, or related domains.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics to inform product decisions and measure impact.
- Experience working at the intersection of technical systems (ML/CV) and human moderation workflows.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with Moderation, Legal, Compliance, Data, and Engineering teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks affecting content (GDPR, DSA, DMCA) and risk management.
- Excellent communication skills and a sensitive, pragmatic approach to safety-focused product work.
- Languages: Russian (fluent) and English (C1 or higher).
