## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own Retake’s monetization roadmap: subscriptions, paywalls, trials, discounts and geo-specific offers.
- Design, run and analyze pricing and monetization experiments (A/B tests) to improve conversion, ARPU and retention.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to surface market-specific value perceptions and pricing sensitivity.
- Lead localization beyond translation: adapt messaging, paywall flows, and feature tweaks per market.
- Identify and prioritize new markets with growth and marketing; propose market-specific product changes.
- Build scalable localization processes and success metrics; iterate by market-level performance.
- Share learnings and create reusable frameworks for monetization and localization across Codeway.

Requirements:
- ~2+ years’ experience in product monetization, pricing, growth or related analytics roles.
- Practical experience running experiments (A/B testing) and translating results into product changes.
- Strong quantitative skills: analytics tools, cohort/funnel analysis and hypothesis-driven experimentation.
- Familiarity with subscription business models, paywall design and ARPU optimization.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, growth and marketing.
- Curiosity about cultural/local differences in product adoption and aptitude for market research.
- Clear communicator, data-informed decision maker, comfortable shipping changes rapidly.

## Responsibilities

You will own the pricing and monetization strategy for the Retake app, including managing paywalls, subscriptions, and geo-specific offers. Additionally, you will lead localization efforts and market adaptation to drive global growth through data-driven product decisions.
