Responsibilities:
- Own and define product vision and roadmap for NavVis cloud-based 3D visualization products (IVION, NVC).
- Conduct customer discovery to understand jobs-to-be-done, workflows, and industry trends.
- Translate customer needs and strategic priorities into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize features and backlogs in collaboration with engineering, UX, and customer-facing teams.
- Remove roadblocks, align stakeholders, and drive decisions to deliver product increments.
- Measure product performance against business goals and convert analytics into actionable improvements.

Requirements:
- University degree in business, science, or engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum ~3 years in software product management, ideally with B2B SaaS experience.
- Hands-on experience with agile development from prototyping through release.
- Comfortable discussing technical feasibility, dependencies, and trade-offs with engineers.
- Proven experience managing diverse stakeholder needs and prioritizing competing requests.
- Data-driven mindset and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English; German proficiency at least B2.
