Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for savings and retail investment offerings
- Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery, design and development to launch and iteration
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, compliance, finance and partner teams to scale products
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to prioritise features, optimise engagement and measure success
- Manage partnerships and regulatory requirements needed to bring investment products to market
- Drive growth, retention and a customer-first experience for savings products

Requirements:
- 3+ years product management experience in fintech or consumer financial products
- Experience launching or operating savings/investment products and working with third-party partners and regulators
- Strong strategic thinking, execution skills and bias for action; comfortable operating autonomously
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills to inform roadmaps and measure impact
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills and cross-functional leadership
