## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own product vision and roadmap for areas across the e-bike lifecycle: Supply (sourcing), UpCenter operations (refurbishment at scale) and Commerce (store, trust, conversion).
- Discover high-impact problems through direct research: spend time in UpCenters, visit merchants, and interview customers to build deep domain understanding.
- Define multi-year strategy and translate it into prioritized, executable initiatives; think 3+ years out and work backward.
- Lead end-to-end delivery with engineers and designers, focusing on outcomes (KPIs) rather than just output.
- Build tools and automation to scale operations: logistics, repairs, quality control, photography, storage and shipping workflows.
- Improve buyer experience: trust signals, education, comparison and guidance tools to make refurbished e-bikes intuitive to buy.
- Make timely decisions with incomplete data, iterate quickly, and own product outcomes.
- Align and influence cross-functional stakeholders (operations, logistics, commercial, growth) to deliver impact.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in high-growth or early-stage startup environments.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data and SQL to inform decisions and track KPIs.
- Proven ability to build strategy and execute in ambiguous settings; entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action.
- Experience shipping end-to-end products in close collaboration with engineering and design teams and owning outcomes.
- Hands-on user research experience (field visits, merchant interviews, customer interviews) and the ability to turn insights into product decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to rally teams and make hard trade-offs.
- Bonus: experience with marketplaces, logistics, commerce, or hardware/fulfillment operations.
