Responsibilities:
- Lead development of a greenfield Robo Trading product: define scope, prioritise features and drive delivery from discovery to launch.
- Create and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and client needs.
- Collaborate with engineers, quant developers, product teams and stakeholders to design scalable trade execution and cost-efficient burst computation flows.
- Translate market research, client feedback and quantitative data into user stories, acceptance criteria and measurable KPIs.
- Coordinate with legal, compliance and operations to ensure regulatory adherence and secure integrations.
- Track performance post-launch and iterate to improve reliability, latency and trade throughput.

Requirements:
- Significant product management experience (5+ years) in capital markets, trading, wealth or related fintech products.
- Strong understanding of trading systems, order execution, and high-throughput/burst compute patterns.
- Experience working with cloud-native platforms and scalable architectures.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience turning data into product decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in agile teams and with technical partners (engineers, quants).
