## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-throughput backend services in Python (asyncio) for a microservice architecture.
- Design, support, and optimize microservice components for reliability and performance.
- Implement integrations with Kafka, RabbitMQ and internal RPC systems; design reliable messaging patterns.
- Participate in architecture discussions, refactor legacy services, and create shared libraries/SDKs.
- Write functional and integration tests, perform code reviews, and collaborate with QA and product teams.
- Monitor and improve system observability and operational readiness (metrics, logging, alerting).

Requirements:
- 5+ years professional Python experience (3.11+); strong hands-on asyncio experience (3+ years preferred).
- Solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures and software design principles (SOLID, DRY, KISS).
- Practical experience with microservice patterns (REST, RPC), stream processing, and building SDKs/shared components.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka (consumer groups, partitioning, delivery guarantees) and RabbitMQ (pub/sub, DLX, retries).
- Experience with MongoDB (indexes, transactions) and writing robust integration tests.
- Familiarity with Pydantic v2 and designing resilient RPC systems (retries, correlation IDs).
- Nice to have: Prometheus/Grafana/ELK, Docker, Kubernetes, ClickHouse, GraphQL, CI/CD exposure.
