## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements analysis, create test scenarios and prepare test data for core banking microservices.
- Perform and coordinate manual and automated acceptance and regression testing; own on-site testing activities.
- Design, write and maintain automated tests in Go and support the test project and framework.
- Build and maintain testing infrastructure and tools (mocks, data generators, reporting) and integrate tests into CI/CD.
- Identify, localize and report defects; collaborate with product and engineering across releases.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in backend QA, test documentation, and both manual and automated testing.
- Strong programming skills in Go, Java, Kotlin or Python and experience with Git and CI/CD tooling.
- Solid SQL knowledge and experience with message queues (Kafka) and microservices testing.
- Experience developing/maintaining test frameworks, testing infrastructure and supporting tools.
- Familiarity with design patterns and load testing practices; B1+ English for international collaboration.
- Bonus: experience with gRPC/Protobuf and testing frameworks (Allure, Gomega, JUnit5, pytest).

## Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test frameworks for core banking microservices while ensuring system security and regulatory compliance. The role involves active participation in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, defect reporting, and CI/CD integration.

## Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in backend testing, proficiency in Go or similar languages, and a solid understanding of SQL and message queues like Kafka. You must be capable of working in an international environment with at least a B1 level of English proficiency.
