Responsibilities:
- Analyze credit and fraud performance across customer segments and products using large datasets.
- Develop and optimise risk strategies to increase approvals while controlling losses.
- Monitor key risk indicators and portfolio trends; prepare and present insights to leadership.
- Contribute to design, testing and rollout of new risk models and policies.
- Collaborate with data, product, finance and commercial teams to support launches across markets and verticals.
- Drive automation and efficiency in risk reporting and operational workflows.

Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in credit risk, risk analytics, fraud analytics or similar data-driven roles.
- Strong SQL and Python (or equivalent) skills for data extraction, analysis and model validation.
- Understanding of consumer lending, BNPL and fintech risk models and metrics.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and communicate findings to business stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and a business-oriented mindset.
