Responsibilities:
- Transform raw data into clean, tested and documented datasets using SQL and dbt for analysts and business users.
- Design and maintain scalable data architecture and reliable ETL/ELT pipelines with CI/CD and version control (Git).
- Implement data modelling, unit tests and data quality checks; ensure observability and reproducibility of analytics assets.
- Collaborate with data analysts, product and business teams to deliver insights, dashboards and support predictive models.
- Mentor junior engineers, promote best practices (testing, documentation, governance) and contribute to cross‑functional projects.

Requirements:
- Expert SQL and dbt experience, with strong practical Python skills for automation and pipeline development.
- Solid background in data modelling, data architecture and building production-grade data pipelines with CI/CD and Git workflows.
- Experience applying analytics and statistical methods across business domains (marketing, product, finance) and working with data analysts.
- Strong testing, documentation and data quality mindset; good communication skills to explain technical choices to non-technical stakeholders.
