Responsibilities:
- Design and build large-scale payment and financial systems; own features end-to-end from concept through production.
- Iterate from idea to delivery: shape requirements, implement features, test, measure performance and refine based on customer feedback.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience building large-scale applications with a strong track record of shipping production systems.
- Proficiency in PHP or Java; experience with Go, C# or Python is a plus and willingness to work in the primary stack.
- Proven experience leading architecture and technical initiatives and mentoring engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Strong communication skills, product focus and a bias for shipping high-quality customer-facing features.
