Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into well-designed, scalable API solutions implemented in PHP.
- Design and evolve service and system architecture to support high-availability, scalable eCommerce workloads.
- Deliver high-quality code using modern practices: TDD, pair programming, code reviews and CI/CD.
- Collaborate across teams to plan, estimate and execute features end-to-end.
- Choose appropriate technologies for tasks; mentor peers on trade-offs and best practices.
- Contribute ideas, prototypes and improvements in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Requirements:
- 5+ years professional PHP development experience with modern practices.
- Strong hands-on experience with Symfony or Laravel and building scalable web APIs.
- Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns and system scalability.
- Practical experience with relational databases (MySQL) and Redis or similar caching systems.
- Familiarity with Golang is a plus; comfortable using multiple languages/tools when needed.
- Experience working in agile teams, practicing TDD/pair programming and doing peer reviews.
- Fluent English for engineering collaboration.
