## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain backend services for the Experimentation platform (A/B testing, feature flags, frontend tracking).
- Collaborate with the Tech Lead to architect new features and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability and maintainability through good architecture and testing practices.
- Participate in code reviews, share knowledge and uphold technical standards across the cross-functional team.
- Keep up with trends and propose improvements to tooling and processes.

Requirements:
- Significant production experience with Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, domain-driven design and testing best practices.
- Experience with cloud architectures, preferably AWS.
- Full professional proficiency in English and effective collaboration skills.
- Nice to have: data engineering experience, event streaming (Kafka) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
