## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and analyze A/B and A/B/n experiments to optimize user funnels, reward mechanics and monetization.
- Build and maintain scalable SQL and Python analyses across a 100TB data lake (Trino) for deep-dive investigations.
- Develop automated dashboards, experiment reports and alerting (Tableau, Airflow) for real-time stakeholder insights.
- Implement and monitor anomaly-detection approaches and guardrail metrics to detect unexpected shifts in experiment data.
- Own end-to-end telemetry, event tracking and feature-flagging data flows; advise on instrumentation and architecture trade-offs.
- Automate reusable analytical frameworks and experiment reporting to reduce one-off analysis and speed decision making.

Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Data Analyst or similar with strong, production-level SQL and Python skills.
- Proven experience designing experiments (sample size, power analysis, variance reduction) and analyzing A/B/n tests.
- Solid statistical foundations: hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, p-values, power analysis, and familiarity with frequentist and Bayesian perspectives.
- Experience with Trino (or other distributed query engines), Tableau, Airflow; dbt and experiment platforms (Optimizely, GrowthBook) are a plus.
- Hands-on experience with anomaly detection methods and cross-population/distribution analysis for monitoring experiments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills to translate analyses into actionable product and growth recommendations.
