Senior Data Analyst, Financial Health at Referrals Only

Responsibilities:
- Produce proactive analyses and insights to shape Financial Health strategy and product decisions.
- Partner with Product, Data Science and Analytical Engineering to scope and deliver analytics projects in an agile environment.
- Build and maintain Looker dashboards, reports and metrics to monitor customer outcomes, operational health and regulatory obligations.
- Ensure accurate reporting to third parties and regulators; design and maintain controls that validate business processes.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve data accuracy, accessibility and operational efficiency for Financial Health initiatives.

Requirements:
- Strong SQL experience and hands-on familiarity with BI tools (Looker) and data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery).
- Proficiency in Python or equivalent for analysis and automation; experience with data modelling and dbt is helpful.
- Track record delivering analyses that influence product strategy; ability to structure complex projects and communicate results clearly.
- Understanding of regulatory reporting needs, controls and data governance in a financial services context.
- Comfortable working autonomously across geographically distributed teams with a customer-focused mindset.
