## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Map and analyze the full user journey from acquisition through retention and reactivation.
- Perform cohort, funnel, and segmentation analyses to identify high-value segments and friction points.
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate product and growth hypotheses.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking activation, retention, conversion, and engagement KPIs.
- Translate analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for product, growth, and content teams.
- Present findings to stakeholders and collaborate with data scientists to feed models and personalization.

Requirements:
- Advanced SQL skills for large-scale warehouses (BigQuery, Databricks): window functions, CTEs, sessionization.
- Hands-on experience with behavioral analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodology and statistical significance.
- Ability to own analytics projects end-to-end and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- English fluency for cross-cultural remote collaboration.
- Nice to have: Python (Pandas), DBT, experience with subscription/freemium models and LTV/revenue modeling.
