## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical support to the User Acquisition (UA) team to optimize channel spend, creative testing and campaign setup.
- Build and maintain dashboards, automated reports and KPI forecasts to monitor campaign performance and ROI.
- Develop models and tools for bid optimization, creative scoring and budget allocation.
- Analyze channel, campaign and creative performance (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) and surface actionable recommendations.
- Partner with UA managers, marketers and product teams to translate insights into testable hypotheses and campaign changes.
- Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies; improve tracking and measurement across platforms.

Requirements:
- Strong SQL proficiency for efficient queries, data transformation and working with large datasets.
- Experience with Python or R for analysis, modeling and automation.
- Solid statistical knowledge to design experiments and interpret results.
- Prior hands-on experience in user acquisition, performance marketing or mobile app analytics (ideally gaming).
- Familiarity with ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, TikTok) and campaign measurement.
- Clear presentation and stakeholder collaboration skills to drive decisions from data.

## Responsibilities

You will provide analytical support to the user acquisition team to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize marketing performance. This includes developing dashboards, forecasting KPIs, and collaborating with partners to refine acquisition and growth strategies.
