## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-phased growth and marketing analyses to inform global UA and marketing strategies.
- Partner with marketing and UA teams to monitor campaign performance, diagnose trends and recommend spend reallocations.
- Own measurement of funnels, ROAS, LTV and payback; support development of attribution and incrementality approaches.
- Present clear visualisations and narratives to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Drive team efficiency by sharing best practices, tooling and training to raise commercial analytics capability.
- Ensure marketing data quality and work with engineering to resolve tracking or reporting issues.

Requirements:
- Strong background in performance/growth analytics, ideally within mobile gaming or other B2C products.
- Expert SQL skills and experience with Python or R for analysis; comfortable using Looker/Tableau for reporting.
- Solid statistical and experimentation experience (A/B testing, incrementality, attribution methods).
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills; able to influence business decisions with analysis.
- Experience owning complex analytical projects end-to-end and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
