## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Ingest, integrate and transform data from ServiceNow and other IT/ITSM sources into Azure/MS Fabric (lakehouse, pipelines).
- Design, build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and data models for IT and business stakeholders.
- Develop and productionize ETL/ELT pipelines, automate workflows and monitor pipeline health.
- Build predictive analytics and ML-backed solutions to improve ITIL processes (incidents, problems, changes).
- Ensure data quality, documentation, governance and compliance across data assets.
- Collaborate with IT, product and business teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
- Apply Scrum/DevOps and testing practices (TDD/BDD/TDML), including test automation and deployment pipelines.

Requirements:
- Proven experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms and extracting ITIL data.
- Hands-on knowledge of MS Fabric (lakehouse, pipelines) and Power BI (data modeling, DAX, XMLA).
- Familiarity with tools such as Edit Tabulator, DAX Studio and ServiceNow/other APIs.
- Strong SQL skills and experience handling large datasets; able to design performant models and tune queries.
- Basic ML/AI experience for data prep and predictive model development; Python or R is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments; ability to document processes clearly.
- Required certifications: Microsoft Fabric (DP-600, DP-700) and Power BI (PL-300) preferred.

## Responsibilities

Integrate data from ServiceNow and other IT sources into Azure/MS Fabric and design comprehensive Power BI dashboards for IT and business stakeholders.
