Responsibilities:
- Translate product requirements into deployable ML solutions that improve KPIs (LTV, conversion, retention, ROAS).
- Design, train and validate predictive and deep-learning models using large-scale user behavior data.
- Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle: data extraction, feature engineering, model development, A/B testing and production rollout.
- Collaborate with Backend, Infrastructure and Analytics teams to integrate models reliably and monitor performance.
- Communicate results and recommendations to product and business stakeholders; drive data-informed decisions.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional data science or ML experience with productionized models and measurable impact.
- Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow) and core libraries (pandas/polars, numpy, scikit-learn).
- Experience with tree-based learners (LightGBM, XGBoost, CatBoost) and deep learning model development.
- Proficiency with SQL and large-scale data tools (Spark, Trino, AWS Athena or similar).
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and measuring online impact.
- Ability to own end-to-end projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and clearly present technical results to non-technical stakeholders.
