## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Use quantitative analysis, data mining and visualization to surface product insights and understand user behaviour.
- Design, run and analyse large-scale A/B tests to measure impact and guide product decisions.
- Define and maintain core product metrics, help squads instrument tracking and ensure metric quality.
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, designers and marketing to turn analyses into experiments and product changes.
- Build models and analyses that improve user engagement, retention and lifetime value.
- Communicate clear recommendations and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders; prioritise high-impact work.

Requirements:
- Strong SQL and Python skills for data extraction, analysis and modelling.
- Proven experience designing and analysing A/B experiments at scale.
- Solid grounding in statistics, causal inference and product analytics.
- Experience with BI/self-serve analytics tools (e.g., Looker) and delivering insights to product teams.
- Commercial mindset with focus on impact, unit economics and measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional squads and mentoring less-experienced analysts.

## Responsibilities

You will apply quantitative analysis and data mining to understand user behavior and inform product strategy. Additionally, you will guide product teams in measuring key metrics and running A/B experiments to drive product improvements.

## Requirements

The ideal candidate has a solid grounding in SQL and Python with experience in conducting large-scale A/B experiments. You should be impact-driven, commercially minded, and capable of working strategically within cross-functional squads.
