Responsibilities:
- Use quantitative analysis, data mining and visualization to understand user behaviour and inform product strategy.
- Design, run and analyse A/B experiments; set measurement plans and share clear experiment results with product teams.
- Build and maintain self-serve Looker dashboards and reports to empower business stakeholders.
- Partner with finance to model lifetime value and assess how features impact user profitability.
- Work with engineers to ensure correct instrumentation and high data quality; translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in product/applied data science or similar roles with strong SQL and Python skills.
- Proven experience designing and analysing large-scale A/B tests and experiments.
- Comfortable using Looker or comparable BI tools to create self-serve analytics.
- Commercial mindset: able to translate metrics into business impact (LTV, engagement, retention).
- Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional squads.
