Responsibilities:
- Write and optimize complex SQL (CTEs, query tuning) to support experimentation and feature engineering across large player datasets.
- Design, build, and maintain cross-game data marts that provide clean, transformed datasets for analysts and models.
- Develop scalable, reusable Python code, tools, and frameworks for analytics and ML feature pipelines.
- Build and operate end-to-end AI pipelines to accelerate analyst workflows and production features.
- Partner with game and marketing analytics teams to co-design data products and ensure adoption.
- Share knowledge and mentor analysts on software engineering best practices and reproducible analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, CS, Math, Stats, Physics).
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale data warehouses and query optimization.
- Advanced Python experience for production data analytics and feature engineering.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining production data pipelines (Airflow, Docker, S3, CI/CD).
- Basic to intermediate experience integrating LLMs or generative AI workflows.
- Strong collaboration, clear communication, and ability to learn quickly in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
