## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD) and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD).
- Build, operate and tune container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift) for high availability and scalability.
- Automate deployments, rollbacks and release processes; support application builds and release engineering.
- Monitor platform health, diagnose deployment/runtime issues and perform incident analysis with development teams.
- Implement security, reliability and infrastructure-as-code best practices across environments.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve delivery velocity and platform resilience.

Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift and proven CI/CD implementation using GitLab CI/CD.
- Familiarity with ArgoCD and GitOps principles, deployment automation and infrastructure best practices.
- Practical knowledge of Linux, container tooling and monitoring/troubleshooting deployment issues.
- Nice-to-have: experience with Apache, Solr, AMQ, MariaDB, Matomo, Angular or Spring for deployment/runtime support.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams and experience in mission-critical environments.

## Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines; manage containerized environments; support application deployments and releases while monitoring and troubleshooting deployment issues. Collaborate with development teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and security of the platform.
