Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and operate production-grade Kubernetes clusters (RKE2 or similar) and related platform components.
- Own application lifecycle in Kubernetes: deployment, scaling, upgrades, troubleshooting, and rollbacks.
- Design and maintain high-availability web infrastructure (ingress, TLS, load balancing, DNS, caching).
- Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines for containerized workloads and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD).
- Package and manage deployments with Helm charts and custom operators/CRDs as needed.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform and Ansible; manage artifacts and supply chain security.
- Implement observability (metrics, logs, tracing) and participate in incident response and postmortems.
- Integrate security best practices for clusters and CI/CD pipelines; optimize for performance and cost.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer with hands-on production Kubernetes expertise.
- Deep knowledge of containerization (Docker), cluster operations, networking (CNI), and ingress controllers.
- Experience with stateful workloads, persistent storage, upgrades, and scaling strategies.
- Strong experience with CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins) and GitOps (ArgoCD preferred).
- Practical skills with Helm chart development and repository management (Gitea/GitLab, etc.).
- Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Ansible) and cloud or virtualization exposure (AWS, vSphere).
- Scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash) and familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Understanding of Kubernetes security, backup/DR, and high-availability design.
- Nice-to-have: experience with Rancher, service meshes (Istio/Linkerd), operators/CRDs, and FinOps.
